After years in the automotive industry and countless international projects as a trainer & coach he co-founded the training agency FLUXX LIVE GmbH, based in Munich. Together with his team he creates and delivers effective training that helps sales & management teams to deliver better performance while staying healthy and satisfied, because it depends on one another.
Working with brands like BMW, Audi, Harman/Kardon, Personio, Celonis, just to name a few, in over 20 countries worldwide gives Moritz a comprehensive understanding of what people want and need, to shape the future for the better. And that is his personal mission. Because the future belongs to us!

We live in a world of pessimists. Of naysayers and people who are always against everything. Do you want to live in a world like that? I don’t. The world is too beautiful, too colorful and full of surprises to be ruined by destructiveness. I believe in the power of everyone to shape their own future, because change starts with an idea — and that idea begins in the mind. But why do so many people lack the ability to be captain of change? Why do they remain passengers in their own lives and surrender to their fate in despair? Because they are afraid of the future. That’s unacceptable for me so I encourage us all: Let’s take our fate into our own hands and make something of the most valuable thing we’ve been given: Our time on this planet!
